Wild Things is a group for children to choose their own learning journey. Facilitators are on hand to provide support and opportunities and to work with the group to shape the way sessions run.
- Decisions about how the group runs and any developments will be made by the group using consent based decision making.
- We expect there to be one or two offerings of activities each week. These may be requested or offered by the young people.
- We will strive towards being fully inclusive, for some young people that will mean having an adult attend with them to support them to be able to engage with the group.
We Recommend
- Water proof clothing and wellies all year round to keep the bugs and dirt out!
- For those who like to get really messy, a change of clothes for the way home might be needed!
- Not having the right gear should never be a barrier to coming along, so please let us know if you want to borrow some spares.
- Please bring a packed lunch and a drink, its thirsty work in the woods!
